Very proud of all my Knox JH students! They performed at the Conroe ISD Solo and Ensemble Contest this past Saturday and every single student scored a 1 rating for superior performance. Selections performed included Jean Baptiste Loeillet’s Sonata, “The Old Castle” from Pictures at an Exhibition by Mussorgsky, and Adagio and Allegro from Handel’s Sonata No. 1. Way to go!

Congratulations to Knox Junior High students Ehan Moss, Alejandro Chapellin, Jacob Pawlik, and Victoria Medrano who all placed in the District Band this past Saturday. There were about 30 saxophone students in total, so Knox JH was very well represented. Way to go!
